Pelvic Floor & Core Strengthening
You may be used to running or doing Hiit sessions but are fed up with your pelvic floor letting you down with incontinence or bladder leaks. We’ve all seen the adverts on telly, making you feel like wetting yourself a little is totally normal and yes, it is but we can to a lot to improve it. If you’re looking to take back control rather than relying on pads, I offer a strengthening programme for your core and your pelvic floor, with workouts that you can do at home. Over time you will feel stronger and more in control of your pelvic floor and understand the connection with your tummy muscles and your breath. My aim is to get you back to feeling like you, without the anxiety.
The exercises are gentle and safe and anybody can do them, whether you are someone who prefers a more gentle approach or your a real fitness fanatic who loves your running or strength training.
Most bladder leaks are treatable. No taboos, no shame, no questions or answers are shameful. Just a beautiful way to restrengthen your body and get on with enjoying your body and your life
